Delivery
Blakemoor will notify you by way of email when purchased items are to be dispatched to you. The message will contain details of estimated delivery times of the goods purchased by you.
FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY refers to next working day. Blakemoor uses Royal Mail First Class post. Next day is usual but not guaranteed.
If Blakemoor receives no communication from you within 14 days of delivery, regarding any problems with the goods, you are deemed to have received the them in full working order and fit for purpose.
No quibble 30 days returns guarantee
Blakemoor aims to always provide high quality goods which are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, certain goods may need to be returned. Should you receive items that do not match those that you ordered or your expectations, you should contact us by email, stating the reasons and setting out your options. This contact and return of item(s) must be within 30 days of the purchase in order to arrange return, replacement or refund.
If goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent upon delivery, you should sign the delivery note (if applicable) to the effect that the goods have been damaged. In any event, you should report such damage to Blakemoor within 7 days to arrange return, replacement or refund.
You, the customer, have a statutory right to a “cooling off” period. This begins once your order is complete and ends 7 days after the goods have been delivered. If you change your mind about the goods within this period, please return them to Blakemoor within 7 days from receipt. Goods can only be returned for this reason if their packaging remains unopened and the items can be re-sold, as new by Blakemoor. The cost responsible if goods are returned for this reason is yours. This last paragraph is the law. Blakemoor however goes above and beyond to look after its customers. Our policy unlike any of the competition is as follows:
Should you, the purchaser change your mind and decide the watch strap you purchased is not for you for any reason within 30 days, you can send it back for full refund under our ‘No quibble 30 days returns guarantee’ policy. Upon receipt of the item, Blakemoor will refund the amount paid. Please note, any strap sent back to Blakemoor for credit needs to be in new pristine condition, unworn and not after having been fitted to a watch.
